Editor’s Note: As the cradle of Zijin Mining and one of its core projects, the Zijinshan Copper-Gold Mine reflects the company’s unwavering commitment to sustainable, eco-friendly mining. This park-like, forested, low-carbon mine is part of the Longyan Geopark, which recently joined the prestigious UNESCO Global Geoparks Network. Miners at the project have turned to photography to capture the lush landscapes and azure waters that surround them. These images reveal the mine’s unique allure and highlight Zijin Mining’s unrelenting efforts in green development.

Every Photograph

Is a slice of time

Preserving memories

From the dawn-kissed Kirin Peak

To the jacaranda lanes painted by dusk

From the intense focus in busy hours

To the laughter of leisure

Zijinshan, through the lens

Holds the majesty of industry

And the tenderness of life’s finer moments

Join us through these images

And feel their world

Nature

At Zijinshan

Nature feels ever so near

With air rich in oxygen

And landscapes at every turn

“Beauty and grace unfold spontaneously everywhere

The least we can do is try to be there.”
