Vice-chairman of the Supervisory Committee. Mr. Fan graduated from the Central Communist Party School. He joined the Company in 2013. He has extensive practical experience in working at the base level, economic management, corporate supervision and corporate culture development.

Supervisor. Mr. Xu was tertiary educated. He is a senior accountant, certified public accountant and registered valuer. He joined the Company in 2000. He has professional knowledge and extensive work experience in accounting, audit, financial management and asset valuation.

He joined the Company in 1989. He has extensive practical experience in corporate management, social responsibility development and protection of employees’ rights and interests.  

Supervisor representing workers and staff, director of Supervision and Audit Office of the Company. Mr. Cao graduated from the Hainan University majoring in international finance. He joined the Company in 2001. He is dedicated to corporate supervision, anti-corruption, internal audit and corporate management for a long time and has extensive practical experience.
