本网讯 2020年6月，原加拿大耐森资源公司（Nevsun Resources Ltd.）与85名原告在调解员的调解下，就人权诉讼案件达成一致意见，双方签订了和解备忘录。 本宗人权诉讼案中，原告主张的违反人权行为发生于2005年至2015年间。涉案的85名原告原由耐森资源非洲厄立特里亚子公司碧沙矿业分包商雇用，原告认为其在矿山工作期间，被迫劳动并遭受虐待，身体和精神遭受伤害。原告于2014年11月至2018年5月期间，先后在加拿大英属不列颠省最高法院提起10项独立诉讼，要求原耐森资源公司承担直接和间接法律赔偿责任。受理法院在2016年对案件进行了一审、2019年1月二审，案件于2020年6月达成和解。 2019年3月，紫金矿业通过全资子公司金山香港完成对耐森资源公司100%股权要约收购。彼时人权案尚未结案，本着对属地政府、社区及人权、劳工尊重的精神，紫金方对诉讼进行了跟踪管理并积极推动纠纷...
