塞紫铜举办扎耶查尔市专场招聘会本网讯 9月9日，塞紫铜首次在扎耶查尔市召开专场招聘会，招收采矿、选矿、司机、机电维修等产业工人，现场异常火爆。 塞尔维亚国家就业服务局局长Zoran Martinović表示，塞紫铜是塞尔维亚东部最大的企业，也是全国规模最大的企业之一。就业服务局高度重视对塞紫铜用工需求支持，只要公司有需求，就业服务局的服务就提供到哪里。 2019年至今，塞紫铜已新聘用塞国当地员工超1600人，人均月净收入连年增长，现已高达98000第纳尔（约合人民币6400元），超过当地社会平均工资一半以上。塞紫铜坚持用工本土化，随着项目规模进一步提升，将不断加大本地青年人才的招聘和培养力度。 编辑：李凌生 审核：刘星 总编：汪洁2021/09/14

大陆黄金加速培养本土产业工人队伍本网讯 “我很期待此次的实岗锻炼，因为我们用一年多的时间学习了理论，现在终于要实战了。”来自武里蒂卡市的挖掘设备操作技术学徒 Ana María Garzón Palacio 对于即将到来的实训充满期待。 近日，大陆黄金31名挖掘设备操作技术学徒陆续进入武里蒂卡矿区，进行为期半年的实岗锻炼。这些学徒均来自公司的影响区域（26 名来自武里蒂卡市，4 名来自卡尼亚斯戈达斯市，1 名来自希拉多市），他们已接受了完整的上岗培训、SST 安全培训和其他高级课程。 自2016年与哥伦比亚国家学徒服务部（SENA）签署人才培养协议以来，大陆黄金已累计培养了地下采矿、机电安装和维护、工业机械、选矿、挖掘设备操作等专业的学徒280余名，其中大部分已成为公司正式员工。 编辑：李凌生 审核：刘星 总编：汪洁2021/09/14

恩科维举办“妇女月”系列活动赋权矿业女性恩科维“妇女月”活动展示微视频 本网讯 8月是南非“妇女月”，紫金矿业旗下恩科维铂业面向属地社区女性举办了“呼吁赋予妇女经济权力”主题公益活动。 活动期间，恩科维与三一南部非洲公司合作，组织对当地6名女性进行了挖掘机操作初级培训，女性学员们通过培训获得了挖掘机操作初级证书，将在今后公司和承包商的招聘中优先录用。同时，发起成立了“加拉陶女性论坛”并举办了首次活动，推动形成矿山、社区和监管机构共同实践的平台支持社区女性发展。公司向项目周边四个社区的女性捐赠了1000份卫生用品，并成立了女性志愿者团队，为社区民众提供健康卫生等咨询服务。 南非妇女、青年及残障部对恩科维为矿业女性赋权开展的积极尝试给予高度评价，专门发布媒体声明予以肯定，并将培训视频收录到官方宣传片中。 编辑：刘星 审核：黄旭 总编：汪洁2021/09/09
