本网讯 北京时间4月6日，公司注意到巴布亚新几内亚总理James Marape发布了一则关于即将签署重启波格拉矿山协议的声明；随后，巴理克黄金也发布了谈判的最新进展情况。 紫金矿业与巴理克黄金分别持有巴理克（新几内亚）有限公司（BNL）50%权益，该合资公司持有巴新恩加省波格拉金矿95%的权益。因巴新政府拒绝批准BNL波格拉金矿特别采矿租约的延期申请，自2020年4月份以来波格拉矿山处于停产维护状态。 据悉，BNL和巴新政府就重新启动波格拉金矿的框架协议事宜正在进行建设性的讨论。根据目前讨论的框架协议，拟在提高巴新各方的股权比例和公平分享经济收益的基础上，未来由BNL和巴新各方组建的合资公司持有波格拉金矿，BNL将继续成为波格拉金矿的运营商。 紫金矿业认为，波格拉金矿的早日重启符合各方的利益，公司期待BNL能与巴新政府及各利益相关方就长期伙伴关系达成协议，并尽快启动波格拉金矿的复产工作。 ...
