本网讯 近日,上海证券交易所已完成沪市上市公司2017年度信息披露工作评价。经综合考评,紫金矿业集团2017年度信息披露工作评价结果为A级（优秀）。 这是自上交所2014年实施上市公司信息披露分类评价办法以来，紫金矿业连续五年获得A级考核结果,体现了上交所对紫金矿业在规范运作及信息披露工作等方面的高度评价和认可。 据悉，上交所每年对上市公司的信息披露工作进行评分，按照“依法、从严、全面”的监管思路确定评价结果。各上市公司按最终评价得分高低排序，形成“A、B、C、D”四档评价结果，分别对应信息披露“优秀、良好、合格和不合格”。本次获评A级的上市公司约占上交所上市公司的20%。
