和讯网讯 紫金矿业7月13日发布公告，预计公司2015年上半年实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润同比增长约20%。本期业绩预增的主要原因，矿山企业通过提高产能、减员增效、降低成本费用等措施，弥补了由于价格下跌带来的部分毛利减少；冶炼企业降低成本，减亏增效显著；抓住市场机会，套期保值措施有效。

本网讯  7月14日，紫金矿业发布半年度业绩预增公告称，根据初步核算，预计公司2015年上半年实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润同比增长约20%。公告显示，上年同期该公司归属于上市公司股东的净利润为110940万元，每股收益0.051元。   有分析表示，之所以紫金矿业半年业绩实现逆市增长，是因为集团公司通过强力的降本增效以弥补产品价格下跌带来的损失。2015年1-6月，公司主要产品价格下跌，其中黄金均价较14年同期下跌5.9%、铜均价下跌12.4%。据披露，为了保证业绩同比增长，集团公司通过提高产能、减员增效、降低成本费用等措施，弥补了由于价格下跌带来的部分毛利减少；此外，冶炼企业降低成本，减亏增效显著；套期保值措施也取得一定效果。   2015年，集团公司在国际化和资源储备方面有望实现跨越式发展。据了解，集团公司计划非公开发行24.69亿股股票，募资不超过100亿元用于收购刚果（金）卡莫阿...
