11月20至21日，集团公司独立董事卢世华、丁仕达、姜玉志一行到贵州紫金调研。        调研组对水银洞金矿在资源勘查、安全环保、构建和谐、科技创新和成本管控等方面所开展的工作给予了肯定，对公司所取得的成绩表示赞赏，指出贵州紫金能够把一个原先废弃的矿山做成今天的规模，实属不易，在发展过程中对紫金集团的贡献很大，同时带动了周边村民和当地经济的发展。        针对当前形势，调研组就今后的工作提出了以下要求：一是要坚定不移的走低成本的生产路线，抓好成本控制工作；二是要在当前矿业市场低迷的形势下，公司要依靠科技攻关，多与科研院校合作，采取科学有效的措施缩短困难期；三是务必高度重视井下水患治理工作，要充分利用技术力量，加强日常监控。

      11月7日至8日，集团公司独立董事丁仕达先生、卢世华先生、姜玉志先生到珲春紫金调研，深入生产、建设现场等各处实地踏察，详细询问了具体工作情况，并提出了建设性指导意见。        独立董事丁仕达先生表示，此番来到珲春紫金调研，为这里的发展感到骄傲欣慰、值得信赖。并特别肯定了四个方面的工作：一是紧紧抓住指标任务认真干事创业；二是标语口号到位，干部员工精神风貌良好；三是后续发展规划做得很扎实，可持续发展能力强；四是社会责任履行到位，营造了良好的内外部发展环境。
